Over two days, the Cross Industry FAW RD&E Forum will bring together researchers, farmers and growers, agronomists, advisers, industry representatives and Research and Development Corporations (RDCs) to:

• hear about the latest Australian supported FAW research, development, and extension
• hear directly from farmers and agronomists about what is working and the challenges they continue to face
• explore current and emerging FAW RD&E needs across industries
• hear how FAW RD&E fits within RDC strategic investment priorities
• identify opportunities for greater cross industry and cross disciplinary collaboration
• begin the co-design of a FAW RD&E Roadmap to guide shared priorities and future investment needs.

The Forum is being delivered through the Cross Industry RDC FAW RD&E Facilitation Project, under the Plant Biosecurity Research Initiative (PBRI). The lead agent is Hort Innovation, in collaboration with the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC), Dairy Australia, Cotton Research and Development Corporation (CRDC) and AgriFutures Australia.
